Day 107: How to unplug from screen anxiety for a while

What I was doing was… Podcast making since 7:30 this morning! Worked until lunchtime to get the next episode ready to go out on Friday. That was possible because I spent yesterday evening chilling the fuck out, unplugged from looking at screens for a while and read one of those book things (‘Big Magic’ by @elizabeth_gilbert_writer -thanks for the loan @heather_dogoodpr realising a previous recommendation from @smb1982 ) -it helped
