What I was doing was…

My intention today is reconnecting with the show project idea (whilst also honouring where I am -slightly meh). I ended up creating a playlist of music that reminds me of the ideas, moving and dancing for 15 minutes, walking through a rock garden and arranging to meet a friend. I was feeling bum about how to get back into this, so I reflected on what was important about HOW I want to go about things more: being in my body, being in nature and being with others. I connected some glad and sad feelings that are part of it (probably paying attention to something was needing attention), woke up my achey body and found a sense of openness and excitement -huzzah, it works! Next I need to talk to people about my ideas, it makes them feel more real and I need the encouragement.
